  1. How can I make a reservation?

You can safely book your transfer using our web secure pages, by calling our booking office or by sending us detailed email. A booking confirmation and a reference number will be provided.

  1. Can I modify the scheduled pickup time, add or remove a passenger or  cancel my booking?

You can cancel or modify your booking until the driver departs for the arranged pickup location. For changes or cancellations before 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, please contact us via email or by phone. For assistance required within 48 hours from your scheduled arrival, please contact us only using the phone number you got by email ..

  1. Is the price fixed and fully inclusive? Are there any extra charges to pay?

Our fares are fixed, arranged during the reservation process and guaranteed, regardless of the real time required to get to your destination. If the transfer time gets longer due to traffic, closed roads, weather or other unpredictable circumstances, you will not be charged more.

  1. Is the price shown per person or per car?

The price quoted is per car not per person. Prices are defined according to the type of vehicle required for the transfer.

  1. When do I pay for the booked service?

Unless an advanced payment was requested, You will pay to the driver when Your transfer is finished

  1. Can I pay the booked service in advance?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your booking, containing details of transfer and payment method. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, debit card or cash

  1. What happens if I arrive with additional luggage?

You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage.  Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger. Warsaw Transfers cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. As a passenger you may bring one piece of check-in luggage weighing of up to 32 kg max. 158 cm (62 inch) l + w + h and one piece of carry-on luggage measuring 55 x 25 x 35 cm (l x w x h) and weighing 18 kg (40 lbs) max. per person. The sum of the dimensions of your carry-on luggage may not exceed 115 cm (45 inch), including wheels. Warsaw Transfers advises you to bear in mind that the trunks of most sedan cars cannot hold more than two pieces of check-in luggage. If you are travelling with two or more companions, or wish to bring luggage exceeding the free allowance, Warsaw Transfers recommends you book another car category, such as a van, instead of a sedan car. If your luggage requirements change, please modify your reservation accordingly, because you may need a different or larger car.

  1. Where will I meet the driver?

Normally the driver waits in the arrival hall, holding a sign with the name specified on the booking form.

  1. What do I need to do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

You don’t need to be worried about that, since we constantly monitor the flights. In case of delays or cancellations, we reschedule your booking in order to make sure that one of our drivers will meet you.

  1. What happens if I cannot find the driver?

You can call the phone number  provided on the confirmation email. The line is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you will be helped.

  1. How long will the driver wait for me, while I pass the gates?

The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the aircraft's actual landing time. The driver will call you on the mobile phone supplied on the reservation form. Only if the driver is not able to contact you, he will leave the arranged meeting location. If you get stuck for more time than usual while clearing customs and immigration, collecting luggage or filling-out a lost baggage file, please call us on the phone number provided via email. In this way we will instruct the driver to wait longer for you.

  1. Is there the possibility that I will be sharing the car with unknown people?

We do not organize collective taxis, since our transfers are always private. For this reason You will not share your car with anyone other than the travel companions indicated on your booking form.

  1. Are child safety seats available?
